Made from freshly crafted seed to bean to chocolate in Madagascar. Winner of The Academy of Chocolate Golden Bean award and Great Taste two Star award in 2019. Supporting Raisetrade the production of chocolate in the country of origin using locally grown cocoa beans, the fairest of fairtrade reducing poverty and increasing wealth in developing countries. Mellow, creamy, raisin and citrus, chocolate, banana notes. Fine texture and long finish.  A combination of rare Grand cru de Sambirano cacao and cow’s milk that contains less sugar than most dark chocolates.
