Wattleseeds are the edible seeds of 120 Australian Acacia shrubs and bushes.

Wattleseed has to be the unsung hero of the Australian Native Food industry. Wattleseed is a rich source of protein, it was traditionally eaten by the Aborigines for its nutritional value.

These tiny seeds have an earthy, natural taste  with hints of coffee & hazelnut. 

The seeds and the roastd hazelnut create a delightful texture throughout the bar. Notes of hazelnut, roasted cocoa and vanilla.
